Hola!!!!!!!!

 Otro día en New York y vino acompañado de sorpresa, una ola de frío con ventisca incluida que nos retuvo en una de las tiendas de juguetes más grandes de Manhattan y que muchos recordaréis ya que en ella se rodó la película de Big (1988), situada en la Quinta avenida. Así que aunque un poco fastidio porque lo que te apetece es ver ver y ver el lugar de reclusión no estuvo tan mal....

Another day in New York and was accompanied by surprise, a wave of cold blizzard that kept us including one of the largest toy stores in Manhattan and many will remember as it was filmed in Big (1988), located on Fifth avenue. So if a little annoying because what you want is to see see and see the place of detention was not so bad ....

Empezamos el día en dirección a la Quinta avenida, desde el Empire, ya que nuestro hotel estaba justo debajo, pero esta vez en dirección a Central Park, según subes te encuentras la biblioteca municipal, el Rockefeller Center y hasta llegar al parque la famosa "milla de oro de las tiendas", ahí te encuentras de todo, desde las tiendas low cost que todas conocemos a tiendas como Gucci, Versace, Prada...también alguna tienda un poco freaky como Abercrombie & Fitch, música altísima, luz muy baja mucho olor a su perfume y modelos guapísimos con el torso semidesnudo a la espera para hacerse fotos con los clientes...claro después de aguantar una de esas largas colas...

Pasamos por todas las tiendas con parada obligatoria en Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Steve Madden, Juicy Couture y claro Barneys.... y casi todas ya tenían decoración navideña, con lo que falta hasta esas fechas imaginaros como se pondrá esta zona dentro de un mes...

We started the day in the direction of Fifth Avenue from the Empire, as our hotel was right below, but this time in the direction of Central Park, as you go up you are the municipal library, the Rockefeller Center and to the park's famous "golden mile of shopping ", there you find everything from low cost stores all know stores like Gucci, Versace, Prada ... also a store a little freaky as Abercrombie & Fitch, music high, very low light much smell her perfume and gorgeous models with naked torso waiting to take photos with customers ... of course after enduring one of those long lines ...

We went through all the obligatory stop shops at Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Steve Madden, Juicy Couture and Barneys .... and almost all already had Christmas decorations, which lack those dates imagine how this area will be in a month ...

Luego bajamos al Rockefeller Center donde está esa famosísima pista de hielo en Navidad y ponen un árbol grandísimo con muchas luces acompañado de muchos villancicos....aunque como nos topamos con las elecciones presidenciales lo que había en la pista de hielo era un gran mapa de los E.E.U.U.... El Rockefeller tiene un mirador en la cima, el Top on the Rock, que recomendamos verlo de noche ya que tienes el Empire iluminado en frente, además de ver Manhattan de noche, ya os lo pondremos en otro post... Debajo del Rockefeller tenéis un centro comercial con un montón de bares y tiendas y es justo donde sales si subes a la cima. Es ahí donde se encuentra una tienda Anthropologie que nos encanta y decubrimos otra muy de su estilo folk nórdico que es Free People... si andáis por toda esta zona os encontráis también con el Radio City Music Hall.

Then we went down to Rockefeller Center where this famous ice rink at Christmas and put a huge tree with lots of lights accompanied by many carols .... but as we dealt with the presidential election that was on the ice was a large map U.S. ... The Rockefeller has a viewpoint at the top, the Top on the Rock, we recommend you see at night and the Empire have lit in front, plus see Manhattan at night, and we'll put you in another post ... Under the Rockefeller have a mall with lots of bars and shops and is just where salts if you climb to the top. This is where Anthropologie is a store that we love and we discovered another very nordic folk style that is Free People ... if you walk across this area you meet also with the Radio City Music Hall.

A estas alturas del día estaba nevando y nos fuimos a comer para entrar en calor y reponer fuerzas... y estando en New York no te vas sin comer una super hamburguesa, así que fuimos a uno de los delis más famosos de Manhattan, el Carnegie deli, donde ninguna de sus paredes tiene un hueco libre ya que están llenas de fotos firmadas por famosos que han acudido allí. Para los más hambrientos tienen el sandwich de Woody Allen que o lo compartes o mueres de indigestión...jjj...se encuentra en la Septima con la 56.

At this point in the day it was snowing and we went to eat to keep warm and rest ... and being in New York do not go without eating a super burger, so we went to one of the most famous delis in Manhattan, the Carnegie Deli, where none of the walls has a clear opening as they are full of signed photos of celebrities have gone there. For the hungriest have the Woody Allen sandwich or you share or die of indigestion ... jjj ... is in the seventh with the 56.

Como os hemos dicho antes, una gran nevada se apoderó de Manhattan y caminamos de nuevo hasta la Quinta donde nos refugiamos en Fao Schwarz, que tienen de todo para divertirse....

As we have said before, a heavy snowfall gripped Manhattan and walked back to the Fifth where we took refuge in Fao Schwarz, who have everything to have fun ....

El outfit que elegimos las dos es bastante similar. Didi llevaba jersey y cuello de H&M, falda de Springfield, botas de ZARA y bolso y cazadora de Mango. Y yo llevaba falda y cuello de H&M y jersey, cazadora, botas y bolso de ZARA.

The outfit I chose the two is quite similar. Didi wore neck and sweater  H & M, skirt Springfield, boots and bag ZARA and Mango jacket. And I wore skirt and neck H & M and jersey, jacket, boots and bag ZARA.
